Fall Challenge doll - Maeve

I'm finally posting this to the blog! Queen Maeve and her leaf pixie attendants. This is my entry for the Fall doll challenge. She has a cloth and wire armature over which I've stretched a cotton knit "skin". Her pumpkin is made from recycled sweater felt and the pixies have wool wrapped wire armatures as well. I try to use natural materials as much as possible in all of my dolls.

Thanks for looking!

I think I already said on your blog that I think this doll is totally gorgeous.

She's wonderful, like something out of a beautifully illustrated Fairy tale book.
